    The daughter of photographer Matthew Donaldson, born 27th January 1987, she grew up in Camden, London.

    She was scouted by Select Model Management in 2003 (aged 16.)

    In 2005, Donaldson was nominated for the "Model of the Year" award at the British Fashion Awards, but was beaten by Karen Elson.

    She dated Paris Vogue editor’s son Vladimir Restoin Roitfeld.

    In 2009 she becomes the face of Burberry and Gucci advertising campaigns and will appear on the cover of British Vogue in March.
