Chanel Iman Robinson, b 1989, America

Better known as Chanel Iman.

Robinson was born in Atlanta, Georgia to China Robinson of African American and Korean heritage and an African American father.

Iman walked down the runway for the first time in the Fall/Winter 2006 season.

In the May 2007 issue of US Vogue she was featured on the cover with fellow models Doutzen Kroes, Caroline Trentini, Raquel Zimmermann, Sasha Pivovarova, Agyness Deyn, Coco Rocha, Jessica Stam, Hilary Rhoda, and Lily Donaldson as the new crop of supermodels. Chanel also appeared on the cover of Teen Vogue alongside fellow American teenage models Ali Michael and Karlie Kloss in 2008.

Chanel is close friends with model Dani Evans.

In January 2009, Chanel appeared on the cover of New York Post's Page Six Magazine.
